【摘要】 目的 评价益生菌对轻度溃疡性结肠炎的疗效，比较治疗前后肠道局部组织学及细胞因子表达的变化，初步探讨益生菌对肠黏膜免疫系统的影响。方法 随机给予轻度溃疡性结肠炎患者双歧三联活菌(商品名：培菲康)或SASP治疗，12周后评定临床疗效，并比较肠道组织学评分及肠黏膜促炎性细胞因子表达的变化。结果 临床疗效及组织学评分显示益生菌对轻度溃疡性结肠炎有效，在不同治疗组的溃疡性结肠炎患者肠黏膜促炎性细胞因子TNF-α、IL-1β及IL-6的表达水平均较治疗前显著下降。结论 益生菌对轻度溃疡性结肠炎的临床治疗有效，可显著降低肠黏膜促炎性细胞因子的表达。
